Located at 3745 Camelot Dr, Lexington, KY 40517, Mobile Tire service operates as a tire shop serving Lexington in Kentucky. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Hours are published for 3 days a week. Typical hours are 9 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Mobile Tire service at (423) 848-4133; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 15 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Lexington is in Kentucky, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lexington follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Saved the day! We were visiting from out of town and damaged the front tire. I thought our day would be lost and we would not make it home, but a quick Google search led me to Mobile Tire Service. In 2 hours time, we had a new tire and the rest of our vacation was back in motion. Quick, efficient, and kind.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION (only use debit or credit also), I paid $250 for a used tire and installation from this business. Within less than a mile of driving under normal conditions, the tire blew out. I was told the issue was my vehicle, but I later had my car inspected by another mechanic who confirmed there are no problems that would cause a tire to fail like that. My other tires were unaffected. I requested a refund and offered to return the tire, but was told the tire was sold β€œas-is” and no refund would be provided. I then had to replace the tire at a reputable tire shop in order to drive safely. Because of the immediate failure and lack of resolution, I have filed or am in the process of filing complaints with consumer protection agencies (including the BBB and the Kentucky Attorney General) so the situation is documented. Based on my experience, I would advise caution. Even a used tire should be safe and roadworthy when it is installed.

Mohamed, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves! How can you charge an elderly lady with a broken hip and using a walker $300 for a dry, rotting, worn-out used tire? It’s was also leaking air from being trapped between the rim and the bead which if you knew how to change tires properly you would have known to check that! Do you not call these people they will make you think that you are getting a good deal but it will be a worn out tire and put on by men who do not know how to do the job properly! I been going behind them and having to fix their inexperienced mistakes all over town.
